9:32 PM: Weiss comes in out of nowhere, but couldn't get it past Miller...the Samsonov-Weiss-Bergfors line works SOOOO well

9:28 PM: Jimmy Hayes scores for BC 19 seconds in. Intense

9:27 PM: 82-77 SIXERS after 3

9:26 PM: It looks like the CC head coach has had the same pair of glasses since 1993.

9:22 PM: Defending NCAA champ Boston College about take on Colorado College in St. Louis on ESPNU

9:21 PM: 3rd period underway in Buffalo

9:18 PM: The shoe does not fit for Air Force. Chad Ziegler scores just over 3 mins into overtime to send Yale to the Icy Eight agains Minnesota Duluth

9:09 PM: If you get HBO 2, Pee-Wee Herman on Broadway will be airing at 10:00...just after the Panthers game. Cannot wait! I like stuff other than sports, too!

9:07 PM: BASEBALL FANS: Giants and Royals getting started on MLB Network. This is just a GREAT sports night!

9:06 PM: Carolina-Tampa Bay is on NHL Network...2-1 in the 2nd. At least 1, possibly 2, playoff bound teams here!

9:03 PM: Santorelli with a turnaround attempt but Miller up for the task with :09 left in the 2nd.

9:02 PM: ONE MINUTE REMAINING IN THE PERIOD

9:01 PM: Nice powerplay for the Panthers. Would have been better with a goal, though.

8:59 PM: NOW KULIKOV GET DENIED BY MILLER! Timeout - Florida

8:58 PM: Off to overtime in Bridgeport 1-1 Yale and Air Force

8:57 PM: A lot of Panthers pressure in the crease and Ryan Miller finally covers up. Still 2-1 Buffalo in the 2nd

8:56 PM: Hey! The Panthers are going on the powerplay!

8:55 PM: Its 53-32 Kansas and North Carolina is winning 58-37. ANDDD moving right along...

8:52 PM: Repik got in front of the Buffalo defense, but as usual, he shot the puck over the net.

8:51 PM: According to the Panthers, Booth took a puck off the neck.

8:49 PM: There's arena football on, too! This night just gets better! Spokane leads Iowa 14-12. Is the first time NFL Network's broadcasted anything in Iowa?

8:47 PM: Ryan Carter on a SHORTHANDED breakaway gets tripped up by Jordan Leopold...no call and the net comes off.

8:44 PM: David Booth WILL NOT return tonight.

ALSO: Paul Gaustad hit hard by Stephen Weiss and is headed to the locker room.

8:43 PM: Title 9 requires me to tell you that Clayton State (GA) leads Michigan Tech 22-20 in the NCAA Women's basketball D II championship. If you did not go to those schools and care about the game, its on ESPN2. I won't be updating it again tonight!
8:40 PM: Heat have taken a 51-50 lead into the break.

8:38 PM: Boston Collge and Colorado College starting at 9:28! Oh, do I love hockey!

8:35 PM: Barry Melrose is always a treat on color commentary. Tune into ESPNU to enjoy his very...honest...commentary!

8:32 PM: ITS A GOAL! Nebraska-Omaha is done after a 10 minute review! Wow! I would not have called it a goal, no good view of whether or not it crossed the line. 3-2 Michigan the final.

8:31 PM: Buffalo Scores. 2-1. DREWWWWWWW Stafford (don't ask me why, I love that name). His 27th from Brad Boys and Tyler Ennis at 2:33.

8:28 PM:  2nd period underway in Buffalo 1-1 tie.

8:25 PM:  FUN FACT: Jacques Lameroux (Air Force) has twin sisters on the US National Team.

8:24 PM: They are reviewing a possible goal that could send UNO home. We shall see. It looks like the puck stayed off the line. This is not how you want your season to end.

8:20 PM: One of the Yale hockey coaches is wearing a sweater vest. Way to play into the nerd stereotype!

8:18 PM: UNO had great puck movement and a wide open net to start the OT, but a Michigan player saved it from going in! WOW!

8:16 PM: Heat trail 76ers 36-26 in the 2nd

ALSO: Overtime underway in St. Louis 2-2 UNO and Michigan

8:14 PM: CONFIRMED! The game IS airing on WQAM tonight. No baseball, just HOCKEY!

8:11 PM:  Welcome to Intermission! Tied at 1 after 1 in Buffalo. Enjoy the break, will talk to you in a few!

8:09 PM: 1 minute left in the 1st period

8:07 PM: David Booth takes a puck to the face. Near the ear. Helped up and being looked at by the trainer. Will keep you posted.

8:05 PM: It is actually 2-2 UNO/Michigan. UNO scored 2 in the 1st and Michigan 2 in the 2nd. They head to a 20:00 OT. I love playoff overtime!

8:03 PM: People are complaining that UM Baseball is on WQAM instead of the Panthers game. I will find out more at intermission, but if it is true, even the Panthers' people are unaware of it. Someone dropped the ball.

8:01 PM: Air Force tied it up! It's 1-1 after 2. Did not see the AFA goal, but if Yale loses, it would be a huge upset. In other scores, Michigan and Nebraska Omaha tied at 3 in OT and Minnesota Duluth takes care of Union 2-0

8:00 PM: Some people are saying the game is not in HD. I have it in HD here!

7:58 PM: Patrick Rissmiller with a hard shot that goes high and wide. Nice attempt.

7:55 PM: Follow @MiamiSportsGen on Twitter for Heat updates.

7:54 PM: After Samsonov's goal its's been all Sabres...pretty uninspired hockey if you ask me! Vokoun's been spot on, though... still 1-1

7:46 PM: The Scoring drought lasted a staggering 2 hours 15 minutes and 25 seconds. (Thanks George Richards for that stat)

7:43 PM: Sergei Samsonov ties it up with a backhander! There goes the shutout streak! 1-1 score, not even 5 mins in! (Time of the goal 4:01 his 13th)

7:42 PM: Halfway home in Bridgeport (where I used to work). 1-0 Yale in the 2nd.

Couch + remote = awesome!

Andrea Sekera (yes, that is a man's name) assisted on the goal.

7:38 PM: Underway in Buffalo! GO CATS GO!

7:37 PM: After a scoreless 1st period, Yale scores a goal to make it 1-0 over Air Force in the 2nd. TOG 7:28. Yale is the #1 overall seed
